During the 1980’s the company expanded and excelled in the Ceramic tiles and sanitary ware retail market (sector) AND PLUMBING MATERIALS with its first big showroom of 2500 m², in Digenis Akritas Avenue, NICOSIA, BY THE NAME A.K.TH KYPRIANOU LTD

THE COMPANY KTIMATIKI M. KYPRIANOU LTD Was created.
Since 1977 we acquired a successful growing business in buying, renovating & property management. Our company policy is to deliver and outstanding services to our tenants expectations.
2000
In 2000’s the company expanded its product range to technical and building materials. By the end of the decade A.S KYPRIANOU LTD was the in the wholesale and retail market of specialised building material, Ceramic Tiles & sanitary ware, AND FABRICA THE SHOWROOM specialized on home and deco , carpet tile , carpets , curtains , race flooring , LVT , wall papers .
